It is patch time atm

Oh man, finally back. All projects squared away and nothing much to do until school kicks in again in September. It wasa pretty sweet to log into a flurry of /w's. "WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN" "OMG", etc. Heh. I'm currently guildless again, everyone jumped ship for a larger raiding guilds, and since I'm still sittign at 62 I don't really feel like commiting to a guild yet (particularly if its full of people I don't know/only ran with for like amonth). I'm beginning to seriously doubt the existence of fun casual end-game guilds on my server.

Guild woes aside, it was a pretty good first night back. Ran Blood Furnace with a friend who finally caught up to me (I think he was in his 50's when I took my hiatus) and a random pug. I was put on double-CC duty for the Fel Orc waves before Broggok, and I didn't do half-bad, surprisingly enough. Coming back to my UI was kind of LOL WHAT IS THIS after nearly 2 months of not playing, but I chain-feared and seduced well enough that we didn't wipe on our second attempt. I love being a lock. Then we ran Scholo for the Imp Delivery bit of my Dreadsteed chain; and I logged after staring at the bank and deciding I didn't want to deal with that at all.

Yah, I'd like to find a Casual end game raiding guild for one of my toons as well, but I'll only be one of those "I can only come once a week" people because of all the alts I have and am levelling up... so I just think about having one of my toons in a more raiding-focussed guild and then go back to playing...

Maybe, maybe once my Warrior and Mage are also 60+ I'll make the leap with all the 60+s. I like to have variety, not necessarily progress quickly. Flexibility for the win? :)

Funnily enough, I haven't caught the alt-itis yet. I have other toons, but they're all under 10 just because I really like playing my warlock and get bored quickly. I also hate levelling solo, and mostly everyone I know have alts in their 20's and 30's and I feel way too lazy to catch up. This Draenei shammy mght be different just because I rarely see the friends I'll play her with and I'm really fond of them (we live in different parts of the country, sadly). I want causal, cause I know once school starts up again in the Fall I'll only have so much time for WoW and 5 nights a week just wouldn't work (nor do I really want to, I think.)

And dude, definitely flexibility for the win. I really want to learn how to tank, but I doubt I'' have the patience to level a warrior past 20, hehe.
